LFN Results–Indianapolis: Defending Champ Buzz making noise

JJ kisses the bricks…again

The historic racetrack, Indianapolis Speedway.  So few have gotten to kiss the bricks, and JJ is one of those few as he wins his 4th Brickyard title and gets Ol’ Two-Time the skin.  Unfortunately, as has been the case for most of the year, Yooper Drive does not get the production out of driver #2, and loses to Shake and Bake by less then 3 pts.  If Regan Smith had started…different story.

  • Shake and Bake def. Yooper Drive, 78.00-75.25
  • Buzz def. Barqs Motorsports, 80.50-46.75
  • Fender Benders def. Chandler Smoke, 94.00-87.25
  • Conn’s Bastards def. Pecos Flames, 91.00-49.50
  • Happy Hour JR Machine def. T-Bone, 95.75-53.75

Skin:  Jimmy Johnson (Yooper Drive), $5

No Birthday joy for the Flames as they get thoroughly doused by Conn, and Conn moves back into the 3rd position.  Fender Benders…another impressive win, and look at this, our defending champ is not dead.  Stuck in dead last a few weeks ago, Buzz has climbed up to playoff position with 6 weeks to go.  Look out!
