Welcome to the 2014 LFN Season!
It always sucks when the weather doesn’t cooperate, especially during the big race, but for those that were able to hang thru the delay watched quite a race! A lot of big names wrecked out early and late which really wreaked havoc on this week’s results. Dale Jr. gets his 2nd career Daytona 500 win, and gets the Chandler Smoke the first skin of the year. However, the other Jr. on the squad, Truex, finishes dead last, and costs them the win. It might be the first time we have had a team have first and last place in the same race.

I have fixed the website now, I know there were some issues accessing it. A note on the waiver process; we had our first add/drop this week. The waiver order is set by the reverse of the power rankings and resets every week. You can put in a claim up until 2 hours before the race, but I won’t process them until that time. So, this week, T-Bone has the #1 waiver priority due to his measly 36.25 pt showing in week 1. He has already put in his waiver request to add Carl Edwards, so please don’t submit anymore for the 99. When you drop someone, they are unavailable for that week’s race. Any questions on this, let me know.
