I’m not sure any team in our league history has had any better start to the season than one Mr. Barqs. Cruising to the 10-0-0 victory this week, they currently hold an 11.5 game division lead after only three weeks. Impressive! How are they doing it? Pitching, with Matt Harvey leading the way. Can anyone catch this runaway train? Of course. Other highlights:
- I Trust Giancarlo: After a rough two weeks, I Trust Autodraft gets a huge week from Light Tower Power and rolls to the 7-3-0 victory over punchless Perfect In Seattle, sweeping all five offensive categories. You know what I find offensive? David Price’s ERA/WHIP for the week (30.86/5.57).
- In Defense: The defending champ is off to a sluggish start, but gets a positive week out of his pitching and pulls out the 5-5-0 tie against Flash Gordon. You know what I find positive? Flash Gordon’s team logo.
- Pitch Count: Coming out on top of the Caray Division after 3 weeks is W.M. Dee, who sweep all 5 pitching categories and get a stellar week from new acquired Manny Machado and win 8-2-0 over TTMFS. You know what I find stellar? Scott Disick’s performance on last night’s KUWTK.
