The NASCAR regular season is over, and the Chase is on! We all watched the race…right? Actually, I did, and the late passes by JR and Menard doomed me. Collecting yet another skin, Yooper Drive, as Kenseth rolls to victory:

Now…it’s time for the math. Thankfully for me, this part will be going away next year as we will be moving to a different format/website. For this year, here we go; we have a tie for the Petty Division, Yooper Drive and Newmanium at 15-11. First tiebreaker for everything is head-to-head:
- Yooper Driver def. Newmanium, 3-1
This gives the division title and first round bye to Yooper Drive, congrats! Now to the final two spots of the playoff field. We have 4 teams tied at 12-14. We go to the head-to-head between all four teams:
- Fender Benders: 5-3
- T-Bone: 4-4
- Buzz: 4-4
- Up In Dillon: 3-5
Fender Benders gets the 5th seed. Now we look at the head to head between T-Bone and Buzz:
- T-Bone def. Buzz, 3-1
T-Bone advances as the 6th seed. Incredible run by Buzz once Kyle Busch came back, but the early head-to-head matchups hurt in this case. Too much math. Plus, Shake and Bake takes Barqs Motorsports in head-to-head as well. TRiM and Yooper Drive with the byes, everyone else plays (including non-playoff teams) for the next 3 weeks.
