There was some high drama in this year’s final match as it came down to the Denver D needing around 18 pts for the Monsoon. Once the game went to OT, there was still a chance for a pick 6, but it was not to be, as Gid’s Kids caps off the most impressive playoff run in LFFL history, coming from last place last year, capturing their first title as the 6th seed, and more importantly, the biggest prize to date, over $800.
In the 3rd place game, FEAR THE BEARD gets 23 pts out of his kicker (can I just vote to remove kickers for next year right now?), and takes the $$$. The much coveted Toilet Bowl goes to the Dust Devils.
