The playoffs are creeping up very quickly, and with so many teams so close in the standings, all I can say is…keep scoring points.  We have our first division winner: A Team Has No Name easily takes care of H.Y.C. this week and clinches the White Division title with two weeks to go.  An impressive 9-2 record, and on track for a first round playoff bye.  Other notes:

  • Closing in:  A seemingly nervous BULLDOGS team cruises to the win and sits at 7-4, clinging to the division lead and inching closer to a playoff spot. Key Observation: RKelley makes his LFFL recap debut with 31.7 pts.
  • Grip time:  TRiM Ballers get back on track with a key win over division rival Hilty Three Times, and the Blue Division is really up for grabs.  Key Observation:  No ALuck this week…who will TB go with?
  • Eliminated: We will have a new champ this year as Gid’s Kids is eliminated from playoff contention with a loss, moving to 3-8 on the season.  Key Observation: Football Barqs hanging around the playoff race in this franchise’s inaugural year.
  • Crappie Report: Another team eliminated from the playoff chase is The Monsoon, who collect the Crappie this week with a measly 59.8 pts; did I mention the Cubs won the World Series?  Key Observation:  BBortles was NOT the answer.

Key Matchups: Week 12
